Planning Co-ordinator

flybmi are currently recruiting a Planning Co-ordinator, this is an excellent opportunity to join a global organisation and work in a fast-paced, stimulating environment. The primary purpose of this position is to identify proactive planning requirements.

The role is responsible for supervising and daily running of the medium and long-term planning for our Embraer fleet of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities:

  • Planning Scheduled Maintenance and Component Changes using OASES
  • Creating and distributing all Work Packs and Orders for Scheduled Maintenance and Component changes
  • Issuing Maintenance Plans from Short Term Maintenance up to and including C Checks, and also major component changes
  • Chair Weekly Planning Meetings with Engineering/Logistics
  • Preparing and issue of Line Station Requirements
  • Ensure that OASES is updated and accurately reflects the requirements of the Aircraft Maintenance Programme
  • Monitoring Fleet utilisation for maintenance planning
  • Liaise with Technical Records
  • Liaise with Operations to confirm availability of aircraft for maintenance

Hours of Work:

Permanent full time [40 hrs] –Flexibility of working time permitted to cover service hours between 07:00 – 18:00hrs. Monday to Friday. [Weekend cover may be required in exceptional circumstances]
