Marketing and Social Executive

flybmi are currently looking to recruit a talented, creative and passionate Marketing and Social Media Executive to join us and take on the many different aspects involved in this exciting role. You will ensure that our brand image and online presence are optimised effectively and efficiently. You will be encouraged to use your experience to introduce new ideas and apply your expertise to make the role your own. You will have the support of a well established and successful team around you.

Although the position is based at our Head Office, there will be occasional requirements to travel across our UK & European network, which may involve overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities:

  • Provide day to day administration & support work for all our marketing & customer projects including management of invoicing.
  • Developing relationships with external providers including but not limited to creative, digital and PR agencies.
  • Maintain and develop the company website including writing online content and managing localised home pages using a CMS
  • Produce and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Evaluate and procure promotional items
  • Management of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and other social media channels
  • Ownership of internal communications including production of staff newsletters i.e. Contribute to the content of our in-flight magazines
  • Assist with the creation of marketing collateral, including briefing of artwork to an external production house
  • Compile marketing reporting, including competitor activity
  • Evaluate, measure and report on all Marketing campaigns, both on and offline
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Arrange effective distribution of marketing collateral to colleagues across the network
  • Assist in executing and managing marketing campaigns ATL and BTL

Hours of Work:

Permanent full time [37.5hrs] – 09:00 – 17:00. Monday to Friday. [Weekend cover may be required in exceptional circumstances]
