When you Check-in Online, at the final stage of the check-in process, you will be presented with a ‘print boarding pass’ option. If you are unable to print your boarding pass at that time, you will be able to go straight to the final screen at a later time.

How can I request an invoice for my flybmi flights?

Your flybmi electronic plane ticket is classed as your invoice.

Article 34 of the German Turnover Tax Implementing Regulation (UStDV) recognises transport tickets as invoices and the statement of the German Ministry of Finance (BMF) of 29 January 2004, Ref. IV B 7 – S 7280 – 19/04, recognises transport tickets as invoices (without electronic signature) entitling the purchaser to input tax deduction.

What is an e-ticket?

An e-ticket is a paperless booking which removes the need to issue paper tickets. E-tickets offer an advantage to the customer as tickets cannot be lost, e-tickets speed up the check-in process and tickets can be changed shortly prior to departure (subject to ticket conditions).

All bookings made on the website will be issued with an e-ticket.

How do I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking via the customer contact centre. If your ticket is fully refundable or you have cancelled your booking within 24 hours of purchase, your card will be refunded in full including taxes and credit card charges (if applicable). If you have a non-refundable ticket, you may be refunded the tax minus an administration charge of £35.00. Please note that the above only applies to bookings made directly with flybmi.
