how to register?

We've made it as simple as possible to sign up and register for an agency account - all you need to do is click and complete the form for your travel agency branch.

Once you’ve registered you can then create as many customer profiles as you wish and as long as you book through these customer profiles your booking reports will be split by customer.

how to book?

Making bookings is really easy.  Once you've set up your branch agency account and your customer profiles, simply:

1. sign in to your agency account

2. select a customer profile
All the customer profiles you and your branch colleagues have created will appear in the profile dropdown on the booking magnet.  Please select one from the list.

3.  search for flights
Enter the route and preferred dates of travel to search for real time availability.  If your customer is flexible with their travel dates, then don’t forget to select ‘+/-7 day lowest fare finder’.

3. select dates & flights
If you have selected the ‘+/-7 day lowest fare finder’ you  will see a calendar that shows the lowest available fare not only for the dates you selected but for 7 days before and after also. Select the preferred dates outbound and return and then at the next stage you can select the preferred flight times.

4. passenger details
At this stage please ensure you correctly enter your e-mail address for correspondence and confirmation.

5. payment
Payment must be made at the time of booking and can be made using the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, bmi MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, UATP/Airplus, Eurocard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta or Visa Electron.

It is possible to make a booking using a third party credit card, i.e. a booking using a credit card not belonging to one of the passengers. In such cases the credit card holder's name and billing address have to be supplied during payment.

credit card charges
all bmi bookings made by credit card will be subject to an additional £4.95 charge per booking with the exception of purchases made with a bmi MasterCard where no charge is incurred.

6. booking confirmation
You will then receive an onscreen and an e-mail confirmation of your booking and the itinerary.
