On our shorthaul flights to and from London Heathrow to the UK and Ireland we offer a single Economy cabin with two service offerings; Flexible Economy and Economy. The service is applicable to the following journeys from Heathrow:

Flexible Economy
Flexible Economy is designed for the budget concious business traveller. Your customers can enjoy the following:

- Premium Check-in at London Heathrow (priority check-in desks and Self Check-in with fast bag drop options for those with baggage to be checked in)
- Business lounge access where available
- Newspapers available at the departure gate

Customers travelling from London Heathrow on our shorthaul services which offer a two cabin service can expect the following benefits:

Saudi Arabia and Cairo
On our midhaul flights to Cairo and on our longhaul flights to Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam) operated on our A330 aircraft, customers can expect a superb level of comfort and service.
Business Class
Customers can look forward to the sort of service you might normally expect in first class, but all for the cost of our usual discounted Business Class fare.

- A full and varied selection of modern, international cuisine akin to the very best restaurant food (prepared by a qualified onboard chef on Saudi Arabia services)

- A complimentary comfort kit (only on services from Saudi Arabia to London Heathrow)
- Our Arrivals Lounge at London Heathrow offers clients the opportunity to take a shower and freshen up before continuing on their journey
Premium Economy (available on Cairo until 27 March 2010)
For business customers on a tighter budget, Premium Economy offers excellent service at great prices.
