Customers travelling from London Heathrow on our shorthaul services can expect the following benefits:

Business Class is offered on the following five routes from London Heathrow: Belfast, Brussels, Dublin, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Customers can expect the following:

- Advance seat selection at time of booking
- Access to bmi Number One Heathrow Lounge and other bmi lounges where available
- Premium Check-in at London Heathrow (priority check-in desks and Self Check-in with fast bag drop options for those with baggage to be checked in)

- Hot breakfast served with fresh orange juice on early morning flights
- Hot meals are available for lunch and dinner and snacks are available throughout the morning and afternoon

Economy

- Inflight menu for purchase of refreshments

Customers who choose an Economy Flexible fare can also benefit from the following:
- Advance seat selection at time of booking on routes where no separate Business cabin is offered

Complimentary meals for Diamond Club members
On services to and from London Heathrow where we feature an inflight menu, a complimentary meal deal is available to all bmi Gold, Silver and Blue Plus Diamond Club members. Make sure you add the Diamond Club membership number to the booking and members should have their card to hand during their flight.
Please note that only the named person on the membership card is entitled to a complimentary meal deal.

On shorthaul flights to and from regional airports, bmi Regional offers a one cabin flight with a choice of Business or Economy fares. Customers can expect the following:

Saudi Arabia, Cairo & Tel Aviv
On our midhaul flights to Cairo and Tel Aviv and on our longhaul flights to Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam) operated on our A330 aircraft, customers can expect a superb level of comfort and service.
