The new glass surround area is located on the main concourse of Terminal 1 and provides a fast and hassle free check-in service for your clients travelling on the following tickets:
- Business
- Premium Economy (Tel Aviv and Cairo)
- Economy Flexible (Y) on shorthaul routes
In addition, bmi Diamond Club Gold and Silver Card holders can use our Premium Check-in area regardless of fare choice.
bmi is also the only airline at London Heathrow to offer Business Class customers a 30 minute Check-in promise enabling your customers to arrive at London Heathrow Check-in as little as 30 minutes before their bmi flight departs, with the guarantee that they will make their flight.
Premium leisure customers can also experience a more personal service when using the Premium Check-in area. bmi staff will collect their luggage and travel documents on arrival so that we can complete the check-in formalities whilst they sit back and relax.
