the package:
- coffee, a croissant & a newspaper
- day’s membership to the Holmes Place gym
Either of these can be used independently of the other
validity:
- passengers travelling the business on day of arrival only
- Diamond Club gold card members travelling on bmi transatlantic services.
proof of validity:
- arrivals package voucher
- boarding card
- date, flight number, name of passenger will also be taken
advising passengers of the offer:
Passengers will be offered the voucher entitling them to the arrivals package verbally by the customer service. manager on board the aircraft.
the food & beverage offer:
This consists of any coffee & a danish in one of the hotel bars/cafés. Passengers will be directed to the most suitable venue for that time of day by staff at reception. A copy of the Financial Times will also be made available.
the gym offer:
The Holmes Place gym is on the ground floor of the hotel. It is open 24hr a day from 06:30 on Mondays to 20:00 Fridays, and from 08:00-20:00 Saturdays, Sundays & bank holidays.
the package includes:
- full use of the gym equipment (including cardiovascular & variable resistance equipment & free weights)
- pool
- sauna
- steam room
- shower & locker facilities
- complimentary towel & toiletries
- no fitness assessment is required
redemption by passengers:
- passengers should present themselves at the reception of the hotel with the voucher (received in–flight) and boarding card these will be checked, and pax details taken
- if passengers wish to use the gym facilities, reception will stamp the passengers voucher with a Holmes Place stamp, and give the passenger a card allowing entrance to the gym
- passengers to present original voucher as form of payment for coffee & a danish in the bar/café
- passengers to present card for entrance to Holmes Place
