entry to bmi exclusive lounges
bmi have two types of lounges - Business Lounges and Diamond Club lounges.
bmi Business Lounges
Passengers with a business boarding pass for bmi or any Star Alliance carrier, can access all bmi and Star Alliance designated business class departure lounges (please note this does not extend to guests).
In addition, bmi passengers travelling short haul premium economy Y class fare can now access bmi's Business Lounges (please note, this does not include bmi Diamond Club lounges).
Lounge facilities include:
- Dedicated business area with facilities such as wireless internet, fax, photocopier and dataport*
- Comfortable seating
- Television with Sky TV and teletext facilities
- Complimentary refreshments and food
- Complimentary UK and international newspapers and magazines.

exclusive Diamond Club lounges
Diamond Club silver and gold card members can access these lounges. In addition members may take one guest into any of the bmi lounges (subject to capacity), providing the guest is travelling on the same bmi flight.
We regret that children are not permitted in the Diamond Club lounges.
Star Alliance lounges
Star Alliance Gold cardholders and one guest can access any lounge that is identified with a "Star Alliance Gold" lounge sign when travelling with any Star Alliance member.
Manchester arrivals package - bmi transatlantic flights
All business cabin and Diamond Club gold passengers can enjoy arrivals facilities at the Radisson SAS hotel, Manchester airport. This package is valid for the day of arrival for the traveller and one guest.
