Members may take one guest into the lounge (subject to capacity), providing the guest is travelling on the same bmi flight.
Star Alliance lounges
Star Alliance Gold card holders and one guest can access any lounge that is identified with a 'Star Alliance Gold' lounge sign when travelling with any Star Alliance member.
London Heathrow Arrivals Lounge
Business Class customers and Diamond Club Gold members flying into London Heathrow on bmi midhaul and longhaul destinations arriving at Heathrow before midday can relax, unwind and enjoy a well deserved rest after a long journey.
Clients can freshen up with a shower in one of the modern wash rooms and enjoy a light snack or a selection of cooked breakfast items.
Our Cabin Crew will offer invitations inflight, where applicable. The lounge is open seven days a week, 5am to 2pm (last entry is 12.30pm).
The Arrivals Lounge is on the second floor, Terminal 1.
Star Alliance Gold lounges
Star Alliance Gold card holders and one guest can access any lounge that is identified with a "Star Alliance Gold" lounge sign when travelling with any Star Alliance member.
Children in lounges
Children under the age of 18 years on eligible tickets can access the bmi Business and Diamond Club Lounge if supervised by a parent or guardian. Disruptive families may be asked to leave the lounge. No alcohol may be consumed by anyone under 18 years of age.
