Check-in times
Please ensure your clients are aware of their check-in time. Your clients should allow themselves enough time to check-in, clear security and get to the departure gate at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
Group travel clients must arrive at the airport at least 1.5 hours before departure.
Desk Check-in
Check-in Desks can be used by your clients travelling on a Business, Premium Economy or Economy Flexible fare, or at airports where there are no Self Check-in Machines.
- For longhaul flights to Saudi Arabia, Check-in Desks open three hours before departure and close 1 hour before departure
- For midhaul flights, Check-in Desks open 2 hours before departure and close between 45 minutes prior to departure
- For shorthaul flights, Check-in Desks open 2 hours before departure and close 30 minutes prior to departure (except from Hanover where the Desk closes 40 minutes prior to departure
- Business Class clients can take advantage of our 30 minute Check-in promise exclusively available at London Heathrow. As long as your client arrives at least 30 minutes before their departure time, we guarantee they will make their flight
Online Check-in
Online Check-in is available from 24 hours up to 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time, except for departures from Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, where it closes 1 hour before departure.

Self Check-in
Self Check-in Machines are located in most UK airports and Dublin.

Minimum connection times at London Heathrow
Clients connecting via London Heathrow with hold baggage must check in at least 60 minutes prior to departure or at the stated Check-in time, if this is longer.
