Diamond Club
bmi Diamond Club is the UK's most generous frequent flyer programme.
As members, your customers can earn miles by flying with bmi and our Star Alliance partner airlines to over 900 destinations worldwide. Plus, they can earn miles through hotel stays, car hire, shopping online and by using our credit card.
The more your customers fly with bmi and our Star Alliance partners the quicker they'll move up through our membership status levels. Clients first joining Diamond Club start as a Blue member. It takes 16,000 membership status miles to reach Silver and from Silver it takes 38,000 membership status miles to reach Gold.

Family membership
Family membership launched on 1 December 2009, allows Diamond Club members to combine their destinations miles and take advantage of awards sooner.
There is one 'Head of Account' and up to eight members of the family, which can even include staff such as nannies and security. All family members continue to be Diamond Club members in their own right and are invited by the 'Head of Account' to join the family membership - at which point they can accept or decline.
A Diamond Club 'Head of Account', can access all they need to manage their account, including, inviting members, enrolling under 18's and transferring their family's destinations miles in to their own Diamond Club account in order to take advantage of the additional benefits from combining miles.
Diamond Club upgrade benefits
Diamond Club members can now use destinations miles to upgrade into the next cabin (where available) on bmi flights booked in U, L, Y, S, O or B class.
Your customers can use their destinations miles to upgrade their flights, which can now be confirmed seven days prior to departure by contacting us, rather than at the airport, giving your client peace of mind.
Complimentary upgrade vouchers for Diamond Club Gold card members can also be booked and confirmed in advance.

New Diamond Club airline partners
Your customers can now earn miles with Contintenal Airlines, Brussels Airlines and TAM Airlines.
Diamond Club members can earn and spend destinations miles with all three airlines. They can also earn status miles with Contintenal Airlines and Brussels Airlines now, and with Continental Airlines from November 2010 once they become a member of Star Alliance.
Company Rewards
As well as earning miles for themselves each time they travel, your clients can also earn points for their company.
