Moscoa

bmi offer two types of special rates to travel agency staff. They are available on all bmi operated flights.

AD50 for travel on a confirmed basis:

UK and Europe -

  • in the business cabin - 50% discount off the full IATA C fare
  • in the economy cabin - 50% discount off the full IATA Y fare

longhaul -

  • in the business cabin - 50% discount off the full IATA C fare
  • in the premium economy cabin - 50% discount off the full IATA U fare
  • in the economy cabin - 50% discount off the full IATA Y fare

AD75 for travel on a standby basis

UK, Europe and longhaul –

  • in the business cabin – 75% discount off the full IATA C fare
  • in the premium economy (longhaul)– 75% discount off the full IATA U fare
  • in the economy cabin - 75% discount off the full IATA Y fare

eligibility

  • Available to travel agency staff employed for at least one year at an agency with an IATA licence
  • Discounts also apply to partners and dependent children (up to 18 years) when accompanied by the travel agency staff member.
  •  Agency staff failing to apply the correct discount to the correct fare type will receive an ADM for the difference in the fare types

how to book new fares

AD50 tickets

book these confirmed discounted tickets via your GDS. Please refer to the travel agent rebate policy for full booking details including GDS entries and remarks, fare basis, quotes, calculation and payment information.

AD75 tickets

All AD75 requests must be booked a minimum of 7 working days prior to travel, to allow for processing and posting of tickets. bmi will contact you within 24 hours to confirm we have received your booking. If you are not contacted within 24 hours, please resubmit your application or call 0870 240 0206.

  • for UK travel agents, simply download an application form and fax your completed form to 01709 316808
  • your application will be processed and tickets sent directly to you
  • If you are based in ROI, please book your AD75s directly with your local bmi sales office on (01) 283 0700. Your tickets will be issued at the airport of departure.
  • For agents based in the Netherlands, France or Belgium, please telephone 00 32 2 773 67 51 in order to request your flights. Your tickets will be issued at the airport of departure.

cargo – discount travel AD rebate tickets

You must fax all your details to the Ticket Desk Supervisor at LHR and they will process the booking. FAX No: 0208 757 0436

The Fax must be sent a Minimum of 5 working days prior to travel, with your details:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Contact details
  • Fax number
  •  Flight Route etc.,
  • Type of ticket required
  • Payment details. 

LHR will fax you back within 48 hours with the Locator for the booking.

Tickets can be e-tickets or paper, dependent on they type of ticket purchased – if it is a paper ticket this can be picked up at a bmi ticket desk.
