Worldspan - APD quoting error - resolved
We are pleased to confirm the ADP error described below has now been resolved - 2 February 2010.
We are currently experiencing issues regarding APD tax quote in Worldspan.
For bmi flights between LHR and EDI, GLA, BHD and DUB, the GB APD tax rate for classes C, D, J, I and R is incorrectly quoting the higher rate.
Until a system fix is released, please submit a refund request via BSP link, quoting your client's ticket number.
bmi will authorise the applicable refund by Agency Credit Memo (ACM).
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your cooperation.
