Bassinets on BD
These are only available on long haul services
the maximum weight of the baby is 11kgs (24lbs)
the maximum height of the baby is 650mm (25 inches)
Approximate age 9 - 12 months old
6 on board in total (3 are for use by UA on transatlantic).
Before requestng a bassinet an infant must be attached to the PNR. These are only available in the rows shown below. Seat numbers should be requested in these rows and enter an SSR remark to request a bassinet. This should confirm automatically if available.

The BD allocations are located at:
- row 10 seats A/C – the premium economy
- row 20 seats A/C – economy ****Transatlantic*****
- row 28 seats A/C - economy
The other 3 for use by UA are at:
- row 10 seats H/K
- row 20 seats H/K
- row 28 seats H/K
Please note that this service is not available on the Riyadh and Jeddah routes.
Please note bassinets cannot be pre-booked, they must be arranged at the departure airport.
