- special payment terms - 10% deposit secures your booking, with balance due one month prior to travel

changes to group reservations
- Name changes are permitted free of charge before ticketing. After ticketing there is a £35 charge
- Tickets are 50% refundable if cancelled at least one week before departure. Within a week of travel tickets are non-refundable
- If the group reduces to less than 10 passengers, the fare reverts to the lowest applicable published rate

- ATOL/IATA agents can issue their own tickets by creating a passive booking in their CRS, which should be cancelled after the tickets have been issued
- Tickets must be issued against a tour code allocated by Groups Services
