Infants/child seating
Infants must not occupy a seat they must travel on the parent's lap. This is the only occasion when two passengers may occupy the same seat in the cabin. All other passengers must be assigned their own seats. Children and infants will not be seated on emergency exit rows.
One adult can travel with two infants subject to the following conditions:

Child car seats can be used for infants/children between the ages of 6 months and 3 years.
The seat must not be located in a row of seats, which are adjacent to an emergency exit or immediately forward of such a row. The child seat should only be placed on seat F at least one seat adjacent to a child seat shall be occupied by a physically able person of not less than 14 years who is responsible for the occupant of the child seat.

Children or infants using a car seat must pay the appropriate child fare and they will be recorded as a child in the system.

For the car seat to be secured correctly to the aircraft seat, there must be access at the back of the car seat for the seat belt to go through.
The seat and it's harness must be designed so that the child can easily and quickly be secured in or removed from it.
American child car seats are acceptable provided they have am "FAA approved " label attached and meet with all the above requirements. On no account can a rearward facing car seat be accepted.
