lost ticket re-issue

The fee charged for the reissue of lost bmi tickets is GBP 35 for all reissues within the UK, and the equivalent of USD 50 for all tickets reissued outside the UK.

This charge doesn’t apply to stolen tickets if supported by a crime reference number.

In this situation please print the form of indemnity. Once the form has been completed and signed by the passenger, make three copies:

  1. For the passengers reference
  2. For your records
  3. To be sent to BSP along with the passenger’s new audit coupon.

Please note the following for lost tickets in Scandinavia - SK handlers

Advise passengers to contact bmi Scandinavia in any instance with ticket reissue/lost tickets as SK will no longer issue tickets on our behalf. Passengers would need to go to/or contact the Discover the World sales office in Copenhagen.
