Q. How can I change an e-ticket booking?
A. If it's just a change in a flight and there's no difference in the fare paid( full fare tickets only), you should update the original booking and make a reval entry for the e-ticket.
If the passenger changes their flight and an extra payment and/or change fee is required, you need to change the booking and submit a reissue request as follows. (Please note the following point with regard to late changes.)
Q. Can I make late changes to bookings?
A. Bookings can be changed up to 30 mins prior to the final check-in time.
Please note, you can make changes right up until the passenger checks in for their flight (this includes return and telephone check-in) - after that only bmi can change the booking.
Note you can still change the return flight where the passenger has only checked in for the outbound flight. The passenger would have to be offloaded from the flight for changes to be made to return sector.

A. Like most carriers, bmi eticket is currently not transferable. If the passenger has a fully flexible fare, a paper ticket will need to be issued and the passenger can then transfer if they wish.

A. These can be cancelled dependant on the rules of the fare purchased.
e-tickets can only be voided within the current BSP reporting period.
Q. How do I refund an e-ticket?
A. e-tickets can be refunded as per normal bmi tickets, and therefore are dependant on the fare rules. Details should be submitted via BSP and once processed a 'refund notice' will print which should be included in BSP returns.
