Group travel brings its own challenges - more people can mean more to organise, more expense and more lost time. At bmi, we've developed a special service for groups travelling from London Heathrow that takes away the strain and makes the journey easier and more enjoyable.
If you are travelling in a group you can purchase our special groups package, this will give your group a personalised service at London Heathrow.
Benefits include:
- Dedicated staff handling by special services team, based at Heathrow
- The opportunity to inspect the site before your event - particularly useful when planning a business reception
- Private check-in at your own dedicated check-in desk
- Welcome signage, with personalised message
- Assigned group onboard seating
- Advance check-in
- Special services luggage tags
- Notification to outstation of arrival/return
- We can even hand out business packs on your behalf
Optional extras
The following optional extras are available at an additional cost:
- Business Lounge access (strictly subject to availability)
- Champagne reception, refreshments, nibbles and sandwiches within the Business Lounge (can be tailored to suit needs)
- Pre-paid onboard catering

The groups team will provide a fare quote within 48 hours of your call, and in many cases immediately. And if you wish to hold your booking, you only need to provide a deposit rather than full payment.

- Guaranteed fare quote within 24 hours if not sooner
- No ticketing fee for non-IATA agents

- Special add-on group fares on selected carriers
- Reduced deposit of £20 per person of 15% of total group fare
