Failure to follow this instruction will result in an ADM.  Your GDS is in the process of updating the new levels.  But should you find your GDS has not been updated please ensure the new level is charged and manually adjust the tax breakdown when issuing the ticket.

Failure to follow this instruction will result in an ADM.

For passengers who have tickets for longhaul services issued before 12 December 2006, APD will be collected at the airport at the first UK point of departure. Could you please inform your customers that the APD will be collected at the airport as a procedure will be in place to identify those customers and collect the amount due. If you prefer, you may collect the extra tax in advance from your clients by reissuing the ticket to show the new amount.
