moving forward

Innovation has always been part of our history and it has brought a number of "firsts" to the industry including:

  • vegetarian food on UK domestic services (1992)
  • a separate business class cabin with a unique choice of business fares (1993)
  • reservations booking with payment on the internet (1995)
  • participating in the Pet Travel Scheme (2000)
