general operational information

• 236 courier air waybills must be used.
• Maximum piece must not exceed 32 kgs or 84 cm on any measurement. (45 kgs on flights using Heathrow)
• bmi operates a policy of check-weighing volume shipments. These will be charged at the applicable kilo rate.
  
• The carriage of dangerous goods, including 'dry ice', liquids, valuables, high value goods, fragile items and live animals are prohibited.
   
• Consignments must have a courier destination label attached to each piece prior to check in.  Labels can be obtained from bmi on request.
  
• bmi can provide 1 hour transhipment between bmi services at Heathrow. (further details available from courier customer services department)
  
• If you do not have a bmi cargo credit account, you can now pay by credit card at our Heathrow Courier facility
