Our mobile service means you can access your important travel information anywhere you like at your own convenience.

If you have an internet-enabled device such as a mobile phone, pda or smartphone you can log onto www.flybmi.com/mobile and:

• check your flight arrival and departure information
• review your booking
• view our timetable
• view your diamond club account balance

arrival /departure information

View current arrival and departure information for bmi operated flights.

Go to www.flybmi.com/mobile using your wap enabled device and select your choice of ‘arrival’ or ‘departure’ information. You can enter your flight number
eg. "BD0453" or select the route from the menus provided.

If you have provided a flight number you will be offered arrival/departure information for that particular flight. Further details can be obtained by selecting the flight number.

If you have selected a route you will be offered information on arrival/departure of all flights operating that route on the day selected. Further details can be obtained by selecting a particular flight.

review your booking

View full information on your flight booking including passenger names, flight number, arrival and departure information (date, time, airport and terminal), the type of fare/seat you have booked and the status of your flight. Information will be provided for each sector of your journey.

Go to www.flybmi.com/mobile using your wap enabled device and select ‘review your booking’. You can retrieve your booking details by entering your booking reference and surname.

All passengers’ names will be displayed along with all sectors of your journey.

timetables

Use our interactive timetables to plan your next journey wherever you are.

Go to www.flybmi.com/mobile using your wap enabled device and select ‘timetable’. You can select the route you wish to travel on by entering the names of your departure and arrival airports, or selecting them from the lists provided.

You will be provided with information on departure and arrival times, which days the flight operates on, the number of stops required on that particular flight and which airports the route is via.

diamond club status

Check your diamond club status, including your destinations miles balance, quickly and easily.

Go to www.flybmi.com/mobile using your wap enabled device and select ‘diamond club status’. You will be asked to enter your membership number followed by your pin number.

Your personal diamond club details will be displayed includng your destinations and membership miles balances.
