If your party consists of 10 passengers or more and the route(s) you are interested in is operated by bmi, our groups department can help you plan your trip.

What are the benefits of making a group booking?

• For all bookings made more than 4 weeks before departure, only a deposit is required at the time of booking.  The final balance is due four weeks before departure
  
• It is not necessary to confirm final passenger names until four weeks before departure
  
• Changes are permitted at no charge providing no tickets have been issued*.  All changes are subject to availability
  
• Name changes are permitted at any time before the tickets have been issued.  After ticketing a fee of £35 (equivalent of approx. $ 63) per name will be charged for shorthaul and £75 per name for longhaul
