bmi has a dedicated Groups Reservations Team to help you with travel arrangements for parties of seven or more. One of our experienced contacts will look after your booking from start to finish.

• For all bookings made more than four weeks before departure, only a deposit is required. The final balance is due four to six weeks before departure
• Confirmation of final passenger names is not required until four to six weeks before departure
• Changes to bookings are permitted at no charge, providing no tickets have been issued. Changes are subject to availability
• Name amendments are permitted before the tickets have been issued. After ticketing, a fee of £35 per name will be charged.
