As part of a series of measures to enhance travel safety introduced by government authorities,customers are required to provide Advance Passenger Information (API) before travel.
We will only provide each country with the relevant information requested by them for law enforcement purposes, the contents of which will not be used for any type of marketing activity. In addition to APIS data, some countries, including the USA, require direct access to Passenger Name Record (PNR) data. This is a copy of your electronic record created by us for the purpose of recording your flight reservations. It may include other information such as contact details and method of payment.
Advance Passenger Information is required for all international journeys departing from and arriving in the United Kingdom. The information is provided to the UK authorities in accordance with legal requirements. You may read more about this here:

Where possible, the following information is required to be entered into your booking:
- Full given names and surname (your passport and booking must match)
- Nationality
- Travel document type (i.e. passport or identity card)
- Travel document number (i.e. passport number)
- Document expiry date
- Document issuing country
- Gender
- Date of birth
The above information can be obtained from your passport or travel document
If you are travelling to the USA the following additional information is required:
- Country of Residence
- U.S. alien registration card details (green card) for those who hold one (U.S. residents only)
- If you are a non-U.S. citizen or do not hold an alien registration card, you must supply the full address (street name and number, city, zip code and state) of the first night’s accommodation
In order to ensure your check-in and airport experience is as smooth as possible it is advisable to provide this minformation before arriving at the airport.
