1. Lobby

Welcome to bmi Number One Heathrow. A place to eat, drink, relax and make yourself at home. With wi-fi access, magazines and newspapers throughout, offload your luggage and take advantage of the comfort that we hope will make your journey a more pleasurable experience.

2. Front room

Take a seat and put your feet up. Find the best way to relax, with a choice of seating from day beds to room sets that offer a little more privacy. Take advantage of views of the runway, cosy up in front of the fire or simply watch some television.

3. The Study

Got some work to catch up on? The Study offers a work-oriented environment with desk seating as well as a boardroom-style table for 12. Free broadband is available via desk-top PCs or via wi-fi for your laptop.

4. Slumber

It’s been a long day and you’re tired, so catch forty winks before your flight. Within this quiet, relaxing environment you’ll find it hard not to unwind.

5. Showers

Freshen up and prepare for your forthcoming flight. Make the most of our modern, hosted showers along with complimentary toiletries.

6. The Cafe

Centred around a stunning custom-made black Aga, hot soup and a variety of other hot and cold refreshments, including Hix ice-cream, are available around the clock. From 1st July our new dining-on-the-ground service for evening flights will allow customers to enjoy a tasty evening meal in bmi Number One Heathrow, enabling them to simply relax and sleep once onboard.

7. Lounge Dining

Lounge Dining will be available daily for all customers from 8.30pm and is ideal for customers who are taking the night-time flights to Tel Aviv and Moscow, or connecting via London Heathrow. Customers taking advantage of pre-flight dining can start with steaming hot soup served fresh followed by macaroni cheese, salads, dressed with Mark Hix dressings, or hot salt beef bagels with rye and pickles. The perfect finish to the pre-flight dining is a selection of Mark Hix ice-cream.

8. The Local

An informal, but sophisticated British pub environment is created in The Local. Unwind around a welcoming leather-buttoned horseshoe shaped bar and enjoy a variety of branded on tap or bottled beverages.

9. Work station

Continue to work in absolute comfort before your flight from the luxury of the work station.
