The day before you travel try to avoid
- Heavy meals
- Alcohol
- Caffeine
To feel comfortable onboard
- Wear loose fitting clothes
- Apply a moisturiser
In the air
- Drink plenty of water
- Avoid excessive amounts of alcohol and caffeine
- Stretch and move around the cabin, ideally every two hours
- Tune into voyager audio channel 15, for relaxation and gentle inflight exercises
Touchdown
- Take a gentle walk to stimulate the circulation
If you suffer from any medical conditions, or are on long term medication talk to your doctor about your travel plans and discuss whether you need to take any special precautions when flying.
Make sure you put your regular medication in your hand luggage and ensure you have an adequate supply for the duration of your trip.
