E-voucher - Terms and Conditions

  1. A voucher can be redeemed against all bmi operated routes where an e-ticket is issued
  2. A voucher can be purchased for any amount.  The value of the voucher must be purchased in format ‘00.00', for example £20.00, €55.30 etc
  3. There is no credit card fee to purchase an e-voucher
  4. The currency in which the voucher is purchased must match the currency of the point of departure when the voucher is redeemed against a flight. Vouchers can currently be purchased in GBP, EUR and USD
  5. Vouchers are non refundable, non transferable
  6. Vouchers purchased online can only be redeemed online
  7. Vouchers once purchased have a validity period of 359 days from the purchase/issue date (unless separately specified as part of a promotion).  The validity date is stated on the recipient's voucher
  8. The voucher must be purchased in the name of the intended traveller(s). The voucher may only be redeemed on a booking for these named individuals. The voucher cannot be used against a booking for  persons not named on the voucher. Names cannot be changed
  9. The name of the voucher recipient, plus any names of any additional travellers, must match the name used in his or her passport as the voucher represents a booking in the recipients' name
  10. Vouchers can be purchased for up to nine passengers
  11. No refunds are given against bookings with a value less than the voucher amount.
  12. Any additional payment due against a flight redemption of a higher value than the voucher is shown during the booking process.  Payment for any additional amount can be made by credit or debit card. No charge is made for debit cards, however credit card bookings incur a £4.50 credit card fee
  13. The voucher purchased will be confirmed on screen and confirmation of the purchase will be sent by email
  14. The voucher booking reference, amount and validity period, will be emailed to the recipient (from details submitted).  The voucher can be redeemed by entering your surname and booking reference at the My account login screen at flybmi.com.
