Group travel

If your party consists of 10 passengers or more, our groups department can help you plan your trip.  Submit your request using the form below and we'll provide you with a quote within 48 hours. If you have an enquiry about an existing group booking or have any queries, please call 0844 8484 567 (9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday) to speak to one of our advisors.

• For all bookings made more than four weeks before departure, only a deposit is required. The final balance is due four to six weeks before departure
• Confirmation of final passenger names is not required until four to six weeks before departure
• Changes to bookings are permitted at no charge, providing no tickets have been issued. Changes are subject to availability
• Name amendments are permitted before the tickets have been issued. After ticketing, a fee of £35 per name will be charged.

Tickets will be issued when all names and payment have been received.

All quotations are valid upon issue, though are subject to availability until confirmed.
