Check-in online now
One of the great benefits of Online Check-in is Paperless Boarding. For the ultimate in speed and convenience simply select Paperless Boarding when checking in to have your boarding pass sent to your mobile phone. Checking in couldn't be simpler.
Once you have checked in online, simply follow the steps below:
- Print your boarding pass before you leave for the airport or select Paperless Boarding to have your boarding pass sent to your mobile phone (where the option is available)
- Drop off your bags at the bmi Fast Bag Drop (available at Aberdeen, Belfast City, Dublin, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, London Heathrow and Manchester)
- Go straight to departures.
If you are having difficulty printing your boarding pass you can:
- Email your boarding pass to your email address and print it once you have access to a printer
- Collect your boarding pass from the bmi Check-in Desk at the airport
- Print your boarding pass at the bmi Webpoints located at London Heathrow, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
You can't use Online Check-in if:
- Your booking includes an infant
- You have requested special medical arrangements
- You hold a paper ticket
- You are travelling from one of the locations listed below.
All passengers printing their boarding cards at home and flying between the UK and the Republic of Ireland must present an acceptable form of photographic ID at security. When departing from Dublin, your printed boarding pass will be exchanged for a boarding card which will enable you to proceed through security.
