Our newly-opened flagship lounge, located at London Heathrow's Terminal 1 offers a unique home from home experience. Open from 5am to 10pm it is available for all bmi Business Class, Diamond Club (Gold and Silver) and Star Alliance Gold customers travelling to bmi international destinations (excluding Dublin). bmi Number One Heathrow's unique layout and facilities offer the ultimate in style and comfort:
- The lounge offers comfortable seating, complimentary magazines and contemporary decor
- The study provides a work-oriented environment with desk seating as well as a boardroom-style table and free wi-fi access
- The slumber area offers tranquil surroundings with day beds for those wanting to have a nap
- Customers can freshen up in the lavish dressing area offering showers and complimentary toiletries
- The Cafe is centred around custom-made black Aga where delicious food is available around the clock
- The Local offers a British pub environment where you can enjoy a choice of beverages including Fullers London Pride ale.

Where we do not have a dedicated Business Lounge, third party executive lounges are available at some airports.

Business Class customers and Diamond Club Gold members flying into London Heathrow from midhaul and longhaul destinations can relax, unwind and enjoy a well deserved rest after a long journey. Freshen up with a shower in one of the modern wash rooms and enjoy a light snack or a selection of cooked breakfast items.
Our Cabin Crew will offer invitations, where applicable, during your flight. The lounge is open from 5am to 2pm.
Wireless internet access (Wi-fi) is available in the bmi Business Class Lounge at Aberdeen, Belfast, Dublin, Edinburgh, Glasgow, London Heathrow and Manchester airports.
Wi-fi allows you to access your corporate intranet, email and the internet. All you need to get connected is a a wi-fi enabled laptop or PDA. You will also need to buy access time.
Children under the age of 18 years on eligible tickets can access the bmi Business Lounge if supervised by a parent or guardian. Disruptive families may be asked to leave the lounge. No alcohol may be consumed by anyone under 18 years of age.
