2. The winner will be picked at random and notified verbally by 30 April 2010, confirmation details will then be detailed in writing
3. The prize is non transferable and no alternatives or cash substitute will offered
4. The winner must submit a minimum of 3 possible dates for the day to be held
5. The prize must be taken by 1 August 2010 and excludes times at weekend or evenings
6. Martin Johnson will be available for approximately 1.5 hours, excluding travel
7. It is the responsibility of the winning company to provide a suitable venue at the company workplace for the event to take place
