Refunds

For voluntary refund requests prior to travel you are required to cancel your booking via the Manage My Booking facility on the flybmi.com website or via the British Midland International Reservations office on 0844 8484888. Any applicable refund due will then be processed by the Revenue Services team back to the original form of payment. Please note you will be charged the applicable cancellation and administration fee as per the agreed terms and conditions of your booking.

If you have a non-refundable ticket that you have not been able to travel on, please contact your travel insurers.

Should your booking have been made via a Travel agent please contact them regarding your refund request.
