Equal pay for work of equal value

  • Operating policies of “Dignity at work”, “Discipline” and “Grievance”, contractual “Code of Conduct”, family leave policies, “Recruitment and Selection”, “HIV and AIDS” and many others.  These are enforced by trained managers and the HR department
  • Compensation and benefits practices which are designed to be free of discrimination and provide “equal pay for work of equal value”
  • Monitoring employee diversity in the areas of age, sex and ethnic origin.
