First we'll assess your application. Then you'll be invited to attend a recruitment event which takes place at your chosen base. The recruitment selection day consists of a numeracy test, general knowledge test, company test and some group activities and this lasts approximately three hours. If successful, candidates will be asked to attend an interview to discuss their skills and experience further.
The assessment and interviews are conducted by members of our customer services management team.
You'll work an average week of 37.5 hours (full time) but part time contracts are also available. They all consist of shift work on a rota basis. The roster is a mixture of early morning starts and late evening finishes.
